We offer Free Shipping to all cities in Indonesia for orders above IDR 1,500,000.

Free Shipping Jabodetabek area (Min order IDR 500,000).

Free Shipping 10K to other cities (Min order IDR 500,000).

All orders are shipped nationwide via JNE Shipping Company (www.jne.co.id).

Please note that Same-Day and Pick-Up services are currently unavailable. Please contact us for Instant service.

All shipping rates shown at checkout already include insurance, so your order is safely covered.

Orders placed before 16:00 WIB (Monday–Friday) and before 11:00 WIB (Saturday) will be handed over to JNE on the same day. There’s no shipping on Sundays or public holidays, but we’ll get your order on its way as soon as we’re back!

Once your package has been delivered to the address provided, Incylence Indonesia is not responsible for any loss or damage. Please make sure your address details are complete and that someone is available to receive your package to avoid any delivery delays.
